About the Role

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times
- Rotate between various duties including working at the register, concessions, light janitorial work, and child supervision
- Efficiently operate the register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
- Prepare and serve food and beverages at the concessions stand, ensuring quality and cleanliness
- Clean and maintain the trampoline park area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Perform light janitorial duties, such as emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children by actively supervising their activities on the trampolines
- Monitor the trampoline park area to prevent any potential hazards or unsafe behavior
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of emergency procedures and be prepared to respond appropriately
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain CPR certification and respond to any medical emergencies if required

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, or working towards graduation

- Minimum age requirement (e.g., 16 years old or as per local labor laws)

- CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations

- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods

- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects, such as food trays and cleaning equipment

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to trampoline park activities is a plus

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Positive attitude and a team player mindset

- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively

- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
