About the Role

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the trampoline park floor during assigned shifts
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for park visitors by enforcing safety rules and regulations
- Train and supervise floor staff on proper procedures and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the trampoline park floor
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and any other relevant information
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address and resolve any operational issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating floor staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Provide guidance and support to floor staff during busy periods or challenging situations
- Stay updated on trampoline park policies, safety guidelines, and industry trends
- Implement promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase park attendance
- Uphold the trampoline park's brand image and reputation by delivering exceptional customer service
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the trampoline park's operating hours.


- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a recreational or entertainment setting

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of floor staff

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds

- Knowledge of trampoline park operations and safety protocols, or willingness to undergo training

- Ability to enforce rules and regulations in a firm and courteous manner

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or resolve operational issues

- Physical fitness and stamina to actively monitor and oversee the trampoline park floor for extended periods

- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of the trampoline park floor

- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling purposes

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the trampoline park's operating hours

- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification

- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
